Dear Esteemed Friends and Potential Supporters,

We hope this message finds you well and filled with the spirit of compassion and generosity.

In heartfelt unity, we extend our gratitude for your unwavering support so generously provided since our humble beginnings in service to the Lakota on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in 2005. With a profound appreciation for that support, we reflect on the transformative impact we have collectively achieved, and with hearts brimming with hope, we eagerly anticipate the journey ahead.

One Spirit stands as a beacon of hope and change, a testament to the power of coordinated action and the transformational impact it can bring to underserved communities. We are humbled and proud to share that we are the sole nonprofit charitable organization to have received the endorsement of the tribal elders of the Lakota Sioux. This formal recognition, granted through a unanimous tribal resolution, is a testament to the trust and mutual respect we have cultivated with the community we are privileged to serve.

We would be delighted to share our own personal experiences, reflecting the deep connections we have forged with the community. Feel free to reach out if you want to hear more about the profound impact that One Spirit has had upon our lives and those we serve.

Today, we invite you to join us on a new extension of this meaningful journey of empowerment and support, and we are pleased to announce the establishment of the One Spirit Endowment Fund.

The essence of the One Spirit Endowment Fund rests in the beautiful investment concept.

Every contribution to the One Spirit Endowment Fund will be instrumental in creating lasting change. Your support will go beyond a mere donation. With time, it becomes a catalyst for hope, education, and the ongoing nurture of dreams and aspirations that have long been yearning for the chance to flourish.

Our gracious donors' contributions have been seeds planted with purpose, intended to nurture specific life-enhancing endeavors. Within this trust, One Spirit and the Oglala Lakota continue to stand united in our commitment to fostering positive change.

Through the Endowment Fund, the fruits of your careful investment will bloom into tangible support for the daily operations of One Spirit. We envision the fund as a wellspring of opportunity, enabling the confident support of existing efforts and the birth of innovative projects and programs that will emerge from the harmonious collaboration between our dedicated Board of Directors and the revered tribal elders and leaders on the Pine Ridge Reservation.

The One Spirit Endowment Fund, a living testament to our shared values, will also work harmoniously with our ongoing fundraising and grant-writing initiatives.

As we embark, we extend an open invitation to all who share our vision of a world where every individual has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of circumstances. Your support will help sustain and expand our efforts, ensuring that future generations have the tools to build brighter futures.

We are excited to share that the forthcoming October newsletter will unveil additional information and updates. Please note that while the date is tentative, it is chosen carefully to allow ample time for our Board to convene, deliberate, and clearly present our collective vision.

As we enter this new chapter of growth and sustainability, let us remember the essence of our mission and the lives we touch. Our joined efforts resonate far beyond the present moment, echoing into the lives of generations yet to come.

Should you have any inquiries or wish to learn more, we are here to provide you with the information you seek. Together, we can make a profound and lasting difference in the lives of the Lakota Sioux community and beyond.

With deep gratitude and the promise of a brighter tomorrow,
