    • Program/Event Sign-ups (Google Forms): When you sign up for programs or events using embedded or linked Google Forms, we (or Google on our behalf) may collect your name, contact information, and any other information requested on the form.

  • Information Collected Automatically:

    • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Like most websites, our Site uses cookies (small data files stored on your browser) and similar technologies. These are primarily essential cookies used by our website platform (Wix) for functionality, security, and performance.   • To send newsletters and email updates if you have opted-in to receive them (using Constant Contact).

  • To manage sign-ups and participation in programs or events (using Wix forms or Google Forms).

  • To analyze website traffic and usage patterns using Google Analytics to improve our Site and services.

  • To maintain the security and functionality of our Site (via Wix platform services).

  • To comply with legal obligations.

  • Okini List Fulfillment: As described in Section 3, if you are a vetted donor fulfilling an Okini List pledge, we may share necessary recipient contact information (e.g., mailing address provided voluntarily by the family to One Spirit staff) with you for the sole purpose of completing the donation.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
